Archival Evaluation Visit and Report Archival Support

This service is for organisations that wish to review their archival records, possibly with a view to establishing or re-establishing their own archive. The archivist will visit your organisation in order to evaluate your documents and write a report outlining an action plan for the development and maintenance of an archive for your organisation The archivist is available to provide additional professional support to established repositories. A full range of services can be provided including:
  • Emergency sorting through records in situ
  • Sorting of records
  • Box listing of records for transfer to repository
  • Creation of box lists for records at repository
  • Cataloguing
  • Additional archive services
