The B.R.A. runs an Annual Conference and a programme of seminars or Training Days throughout the year. All these are intended both for those who care for and those who use historical records. They introduce a wide variety of sources, or tackle current issues in archives.

The BRA conference 2009 will be taking place at the Wellcome Trust on the 8th December 2009.

This years Maurice Bond Memorial Lecture, sponsored by Conservation by Design, will be given by Dr Richard Horton, editor of the Lancet
