The B.R.A. runs an Annual Conference and a programme of seminars or Training Days throughout the year. All these are intended both for those who care for and those who use historical records. They introduce a wide variety of sources, or tackle current issues in archives.

The BRA conference 2011 will take place on Tuesday 29 November at the Bishopsgate Institute, 230 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 4QH.

The conference will cover the archives and records of fringe bodies which are very varied and at great risk.
